Procedures and Contract Flow of Rent Life Apartments

Select the property of your choice in person or on the website. We will introduce properties according to your budget and requirements.

You can apply online. A copy of your valid visa or passport is required to verify your identity at the time of application. After applying, you will need to pay the booking deposit by credit card via the website.

Booking Deposit

1）Payment of a booking deposit is required if you want to reserve an apartment in advance.

2）The booking deposit, which is 50% of the security deposit, will not be refunded if you cancel your booking reservation.
Should you proceed with booking the apartment, the booking deposit that you paid will be deducted from the total move-in cost.
We will then send you an email with a link to a website for processing credit card payments. Use this website for paying the booking deposit.

*The cleaning cost will vary depending on the condition and size of the room at the time you move out and the cleaning details, so we cannot calculate the cleaning cost in advance. Please understand that we cannot calculate the cleaning cost in advance.

3）If you cancel your reservation in the middle of the day, you will be refunded according to the following cancellation fee policy period.

Default cancellation fee

More than 1 month prior: full refund

More than 14 days but less than 1 month: Half refund

Less than 14 days: No refund

4）We will send you a credit card link to clear your booking deposit after your application.

Before you move in, you will need to visit us and sign a contract. We will give you the key after the contract deposit is settled.

1）The contract fee, minus the booking deposit, must be paid in full before the day you move in.

Regarding the last month's rent

・The rent for the month you move out will be prorated. The rent for the month you move out will be prorated and the full amount for the month will be paid in cash.
